Jewellery questions

All of our pieces are meticulously and mindfully handmade to order in London, England by a small team of skilled goldsmiths. Each person involved in the production of a piece of Rebecca Chaudhry Jewellery is paid a fair, living wage and work in a safe environment.

In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, each Rebecca Chaudhry piece is cast and hand-finished in 9ct or 18ct recycled gold. All of the coloured gemstones and diamonds used in our pieces are ethically sourced from socially responsible suppliers.

Yes, we work with expert hand engravers and laser engravers who can personalise your piece for an extra fee. While most pieces can be engraved, occasionally due to the design of a specific piece it may not be possible. Please email us at info@rebeccachaudhry.com to discuss engraving styles and pricing.

Yes! We do offer a bespoke commission service if you'd like to create something entirely original, or a simpler personalisation service for existing pieces. Please email us at info@rebeccachaudhry.com with a brief outline of your ideas and we will be delighted to discuss with you.

Our pieces are designed to be worn and loved every day, and with proper care will last many lifetimes. As with all fine jewellery, it is best to remove your jewellery while performing any tasks that may damage it. With care and attention your Rebecca Chaudhry jewellery will last many lifetimes, however no jewellery is indestructible and we appreciate that accidents do happen. In the event that your piece needs to be repaired, please get in touch via email at info@rebeccachaudhry.com and we will be happy to assist you with any repair requests. 

Order questions

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be handcrafted especially for you. Maintaining a small supply chain and avoiding wasteful mass-production techniques enables us to support other small businesses that share our values, so we are appreciative of your patience while your jewellery is being crafted.

If you need a piece by a particular date for a gift or special occasion please contact us and we'll do our best to meet your request!

Shipping and returns

Yes! We ship internationally via DHL Express and all shipments require a signature upon delivery. International shipping rates can be found here.

Duties and taxes for international orders will be pre-paid by us before delivery of your order. There will therefore be no additional fees to pay on receipt of your order. The price shown at checkout is final.

In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please get in touch via email at info@rebeccachaudhry.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help arrange a return.

Please note that custom pieces (including customisations and engraving) are not eligible for return. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns, such as items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
