Please allow 3-4 weeks for your jewellery to be handcrafted especially for you. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your shipment and tracking information. We ship within the UK and internationally via DHL Express and all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, delivery will take place on the following business day.

UK DHL Express - £10

International Shipping

Duties and taxes for international orders will be pre-paid by us before delivery of your order. There will therefore be no additional fees to pay on receipt of your order. The price shown at checkout is final.

We estimate that you will receive your order within 2-4 business days from the date of its shipment.

In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please get in touch via email at info@rebeccachaudhry.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help arrange a return.

Please note that custom pieces are not eligible for return. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns, such as items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
